While Aldi, Lidel and COOP have long wanted to pay bonuses to their employees and will do so, Migros is still in hibernation. They are probably discussing whether the staff is worth it or not. It would be good to have cheap workers and spend nothing. The social Migros is more pretense than reality. Migros prefers to invest in ailing companies rather than in staff. Globus is now going away at a bargain price, soon to be followed by Hotelplan etc.?

Yes, Mirgos is apparently still discussing whether the staff is worth anything to it or not, the direction of Migros is clear if it takes weeks of discussion as to whether the staff should receive a special bonus like the Coop as a reward, the staff is not worth anything to Mirgos.

It is striking how much criticism this user expresses and at the same time praises COOP highly (and misspells Lidl) ... A rogue who thinks something bad :-) Praise and recognition should come from the heart and at the right time, and not because it is prescribed and demanded by certain people or the media or the competition. And yes, you may think what you like about the current corporate strategy with all the sales (I'm also a bit disappointed in the ex-HR boss), but have confidence that it will still be worthy.

Dear order critic, you can no longer talk yourself out of the fact that it's just a typo. It's still Migros and not Mirgos. And the competition is also called Lidl and not lidel and alsdi. Embarrassing.
