well, this cake is a very successful creation!
the tartness of the apricots harmonizes wonderfully
with the fluffy, sweet yogurt,
and the sponge base is heavenly.

I tried the apricot and yoghurt tart. I admit it's great, but simply too big for a one-person household! Half a portion would be enough.

Freeze it? Because it tasted good and will be consumed again anyway....also prevents Mötzlen, because smaller portions would be more expensive than the existing....
