Hello, I use the migros application on my smartphone which I find very good and very practical. However, I don't understand why till receipts and other vouchers such as 2x points etc. continue to be printed when we receive them automatically on the application. It's a waste of paper. You who claim to be defenders of the environment.

Hello rrossel Like all retail companies, Migros is working on new trends and developments - also in the sales revenue area, where activities are already underway. Adjustments, especially in the cash register area, however, have to meet high requirements before they can be implemented. Even if this involves "only" the so-called simple printing or non-printing of a receipt. Questions such as value-added tax, exchange, warranty and legal issues etc. need to be clarified so as to ultimately serve all customers. Yes, and how long will that take? It's amazing that questions like these didn't come up earlier in the development process? Even before the introduction of digital technology, I refused to accept unnecessary tickets... ... 30 years later, that hasn't changed! The fact is simple: whoever gives up the ticket gives up certain rights. For the rest (warranty, express request to print the ticket or important non-promotional information), the ticket can be printed manually. This is, for me, a choice as well as a policy to follow and less a question of implementation complexity. If this had been the case, I'm sure a solution would have been found in 30 years ;) Thierry
