Hello Migros How about developing an app similar to the one Coop has where you can scan products and then scan them directly at Subito using a QR code and then pay for the items you bought. Would be more hygienic on the other hand probably also cheaper for Migros. Greetings Hassan

Just read on srf.ch: Migros wants to test a new system this year. Customers will be able to scan products with their smartphones and pay directly. This will eliminate the need to go to the self-service checkout. i would love to take part in a test. thank you

I think you should offer everything possible so that the customer can choose how to pay or shop. That's why it should be voluntary, as is currently the case at Coop, where I like it best, you can do this or that, it's up to you.
