I have installed the app on my iPhone and can thus kill two birds with one stone: find promotions and write a mailing list. I haven't been using the app that long (since about the beginning of the year) and initially had problems with the fact that I always needed a lot of time and nerves before I had the app available when posting in Migros. This has now improved.

On Wednesday, my promotional shopping list disappeared into nirvana, although products were still listed as not purchased... Well, maybe that was (hopefully) a user error on my part.

I haven't yet found out whether and how I can influence the frequency of synchronization in the app?

It would be great if I could add more products to my shopping list directly on the website in my M-Go account and then synchronize them with the iPhone.

Basically, however, I find this app extremely practical! Cool, keep it up! :-)

First of all, thank you for liking the app! We'd love to know what caused you problems when setting it up.

A question about the disappearance of your shopping list: Do you still see the title of the shopping list, or is it completely missing from the lists?

Incidentally, you can influence or trigger the synchronization of the lists yourself. When you are in the list, the latest version of the iApp has a circular arrow at the top that you can use to synchronize. By default, M-Go synchronizes when the application is started.

Adding products from the website already works now. Simply log in to the M-Go site www.migros.ch/de/m-go.html, then you can edit all the lists. From the iPhone, all you then have to do is start or synchronize M-Go. Then you have everything on your iPhone.

Try it out and get back to us if you have any problems.

Thanks for the comments on synchronization. Is it possible that I can switch off the default synchronization at startup and if so, where? Assuming I'm in a Migros store and have poor reception, it takes a long time to open the app so I can access my shopping list.

I've just tried it - I was able to add products from the website and then see them in the app on my iPhone after synchronization :-) However, this only applies to products that are either on promotion, new or in my top lists. I can't add 'new' products :-( Or have I missed something?

Thanks for the feedback again!

You can add new products by entering the term in the search. This works the same on the iApp as on the website. For example, you type "winter tea" into the search field. You will see a message that nothing has been found and a question asking whether you would like to add the product you are looking for to your shopping list. The search field is located on the web at the bottom of the homepage after the top offers and in the iApp at the top of the start screen of the products and offers. I hope it works now!
