it was the same for me yesterday, then I deleted the app and reinstalled it. now everything works again, but I had to re-enter twint and my credit card.

Is it working again in the meantime? If not, we would recommend that you log out once and then log back in again. However, this will remove any means of payment that you would then have to reconnect.

but now it crashes every time i try to start the shopping list. *meh - reinstall again and then have a look.
so, everything seems to be working again. let's hope it stays that way. i'm lost without my shopping list. :D
Hello @clivia, thank you for your message. We are now aware of the problem; under iOS, crashes can occur in connection with certain actions and the shopping list. In such cases, the app may crash immediately after starting or when opening the shopping list. We are in the process of fixing the problem with an update. I updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 11.3 today and now, while opening the Migros app, only a blank white screen appears on startup and automatically crashes after a few seconds. Any help?
