The app no longer works properly at all, messages that cannot be opened without the message that something went wrong, receipts that are visible and disappear again and thus cannot be activated .... DO SOMETHING please!

Unfortunately I have to agree. In the M Electonics online store, the new 5-fold cumulus voucher was not automatically assigned to me twice. Each time I had to go through the customer service department to have it entered afterwards.
