App has not been working for 2 weeks

App funktioniert seit 2 Wochen nicht

Dear Migros, I have now switched everything to digital so that I can receive my receipts or vouchers via the app, but unfortunately the app doesn't work. I have even received notifications, but I can't read them. The error message always says: I am not connected to the Internet. I have mobile data on and even at home with full WLAN reception it doesn't work. Mhhhh, what am I doing? Thanks for the help.
