dear migros slowly delete it with you !!! I've been a fan of you for years but what you've been doing to us lately I find only sad !!! I went shopping yesterday wanted these stamps for the figures for my grandchild...think you can't have an app.... keep it up Aldi and Lidel are just waiting for customers from you !!!

Migros has decided to make the collection mechanism for the "Disney Magic Stories" promotion exclusively via the digital stamp card. As no physical stickers are handed in at the checkout for this promotion, the customer must have a smartphone to collect the digital stamp points.
With Disney Magic Stories, we want to target families and reward them for their loyalty with the popular radio play characters. The Migros app is already very popular and widespread among our customers, with families in particular using the app.
The stamp card is also already well established. With the Disney Magic Stories characters, we are telling new stories for our radio play fans, who are already using the Migros Play app and the audio box with the necessary software and are tech-savvy.
We have received feedback from numerous customers and will keep this in mind when planning future campaigns.

Thank you for the feedback and we are happy to take your input on board. Due to the various promotions that are spread throughout the year, it is not always possible to find the ideal time window. With the new intermediate step of 5 stamps (purchase figure for CHF 4.70) and the free stamp on first activation, we have tried to find a way to make collecting easier over the 7-week period, despite the summer holiday period.

So in response to the vote, I'll make a suggestion without grumbling.
Make cards that are stamped 4 times, and on the 5th there is a hole or punched 5 times, then you take the cards back with you and Grosi and not smartphone owners are all helped. This would be an alternative suggestion. So everyone is happy because you can also use the figures as decoration. My aunt in England, the kids always had fun and didn't know that you can also listen to something. Everyone knows Disney. Not just targeted family groups.

We will be happy to forward this suggestion to the department responsible for planning these promotions, which will at best take it into account when planning further promotions. For this promotion, however, it will probably remain limited to the functions via the app.
