Since I registered on this platform, a Migipedia employee has promised me an answer twice (even without me explicitly asking for one). On both occasions this has not happened. I see this forum primarily as a discussion platform for Migros customers among themselves. The communication channel between Migros and its customers, which many people mistakenly believe Migipedia to be, is still a long way off - if that is even what they are aiming for.

We are very sorry that answers have been forgotten. This is of course not our intention and should not happen. Basically, the forum is a place where members can discuss and exchange information with each other. Nevertheless, our aim is to answer as many questions as possible. We are constantly learning on Migipedia and are aware that there is still room for improvement. That's why feedback like yours is very valuable to us.

I have also noticed that there have been no answers to questions on the M-Infoline in recent weeks ("Greenpower" from 27.8., "Pumpkin cut" from 5.9.). Previously there was usually a prompt reply? I also received an e-mail for a comment ("Radishes") stating that a new comment/reply had been written, but I have not been able to access this product since then ("Website cannot be displayed"). Thank you for your feedback. We did indeed have problems with the transmission of responses from the M-Infoline. However, these should have been resolved by now.
Nevertheless, I will be happy to forward your request and clarify the reason why you have not received any answers to "Greenpower" and "Pumpkin cut".

@Istanbul: Nice that it works for you, maybe it's because of your high Migipedia karma. In any case, when I click on the link, I don't get to the radishes. Otherwise I have no problems finding my way around the E-Net. So it must be a technical problem with Migipedia, which some customers seem to be struggling with since the changeover...
