To me it looks like it was translated by software.

As I understand it, the forum software was developed by a company called lithium.com, so all their German language forums are affected.
The problem only concerns reply notifications from posts in which I was not mentioned myself. For the latter, the text :
" Name (rank) has mentioned you in a post. Join the discussion here:"

Indeed. This is a system email that has been updated by the software manufacturer in the last few weeks. A mistake has been made here and we are looking into it. Thank you very much for your tip.
