I asked a question about the product "Bio Rahmspinat Schweiz" 2 days ago and have not yet received an answer. how long do you generally have to wait? a few more days would not be a problem, but I am afraid it will take much longer. .... I would like to know whether the broth (bouillon) contains eggs or other animal products. Should I contact M-Infoline or will I get an answer soon?

If you ask a question about the product, it will land at M-Infoline, so they will answer.

As it is a question about a product (bouillon) in the product (spinach), it could take longer.

Milk, cream and milk protein (Lactocse) are already listed in the ingredients!

Hello BorneoUtan

As far as I have seen, the Infoline answered you this afternoon. It's like Istanbul says: inquiries about the product go directly to the M-Infoline. However, it can sometimes take a moment for the clarifications to be made.

If you have any further questions, you are welcome to contact the product directly or contact us again here.

Best regards

Tanja

I've also been waiting 12 days for an answer from the Infoline, but I'm not surprised that it hasn't come. It's the umpteenth time I've drawn attention to poorly communicated promotions or to parts of the range that were supposed to be on promotion according to the announcement, but in the end weren't for individual items. Migros seems to be particularly resistant to learning in this respect. I realize that my interventions and questions are obviously just annoying. Well, then I'll just vote with my feet.

Hello feather cloud

I'm sorry that you still haven't received an answer from the M-Infoline after almost two weeks. Can you send me the link to the question you asked? Then I can see why the feedback is still pending.

Best regards

Tanja

Hello Tanja

Following my intervention the day before yesterday, the Infoline has now replied. However, the answer fits in perfectly with the trials and tribulations that I have complained about many times before. So not even Infoline employees or the product managers know about the range, as the example shows. But maybe you just think you can fool the stupid customer - you can experience this in almost all larger companies when it comes to complaints.
