I love celeriac salad with mayonnaise....the one from Anna's Best is really good. But the best one I've ever eaten is the one on the celeriac rolls at Gourmessa. So I asked where it actually comes from and whether you can buy it.
I promptly received a very friendly and detailed reply. According to this, it is produced in the >central kitchen of Migros itself, while the other salads come from external production. So unfortunately you can't buy it without the bread rolls.
My question now is whether such portion sizes for the Gourmessa could also be produced in the central kitchen instead of sourcing them regionally (for us in the Basel area, this is the Paul Goop company in Allschwil).
