I don't know why, although we are citizens of Chur, we never had capuns and maluns at home. I only got to know these dishes much later ... and not even in Graubünden.
From the book "Capuns Geschichten"; with 129 new recipes by Evelyn Lengler and Charly Bieler , ISBN-10:3-85637-306-3 I have only cooked two so far, as it is too complicated for two people. I think convenience food is great for dishes like this!
