First of all, have you checked your spam folders to see if a reply from LeShop has been lost ? Have you checked whether your mail program is working correctly ?
Did you include the order numberabc-xxxxxxxxx-xyz and your address (possibly including your Cumulus number) in your letter? It is best to choose a meaningful title in the "Subject".
