Hi rollimaus I don't think it's entirely clear at the moment. We've only known about this change since the press conference yesterday and then the FOPH usually provides details on the exact implementation with a slight delay. The following applies to restaurants: people have to be seated. There is no service in our restaurants. I see a point here that needs to be explained in more detail. Do they only have to sit while eating or do they actually have to be served? We will hopefully find out soon and can then inform you. But I think it could take until next week for a final decision to be made. And who knows if there will be regional differences again... Perhaps also depending on the local conditions, as there needs to be enough space for the 2 meter distance between the tables. If at all possible, you will definitely open, albeit with restrictions. Kind regards, Nina

In the 1990s, Migros closed all its staffed restaurants or converted them into self-service restaurants, leaving it with just one restaurant format. And now, many years later, this decision may yet come back to bite them. Café Vienna in City Shopping at Löwenstrasse 35 in Zurich was very popular, and I also loved the GD in Bern. But it just had to be tschüssikowski...
Hi rollimaus Thought I'd drop you a line, even if I can't tell you much new. This much is certain: of course we want to open up as much as possible. But we still have to see what can be implemented and how. And then the regions will ultimately decide for themselves whether and to what extent they will open the restaurants. This could be a very short-term decision in the end, so I would recommend that you take a look at the store finder on Monday. So go to filialen.migros.ch, enter your branch there and then as soon as you're on the branch's page, there are tabs at the top depending on the offer: restaurant, takeaway, etc. Take Migros City as an example because I just know that there are all sorts of things there besides the supermarket: https://filialen.migros.ch/de/migros-restaurant-zuerich-city The times should then be updated. And if not, just ask again here, then we can find out for you so that you don't end up standing in front of an empty buffet. best regards, Nina

Good morning rollimaus We don't want anything here. Or rather, we have nothing to say in this case. We follow the guidelines of the FOPH. If you have any criticism of this data collection, you should contact them directly. Kind regards, Nina
