The Kaiser roast tastes wonderful - unfortunately it's in an aluminum tray for baking. There would be another way: The same "cardboard" tray as the meat loaf for baking.

Hello Wasserstern, thank you for your contribution. I'm glad you like the kaiser roast! The packaging has several functions - in addition to protecting the product, it should generate as little waste as possible and allow easy preparation. The aluminum tray is sealed with a thin plastic film and does not require any further "outer packaging". A cardboard tray, on the other hand, does. You can remove the foil, prepare the roast in the tray and then recycle the tray. Kind regards, Luisa
