Why does it always have such old posts at the top? Some of them are 5-6 years old with search queries for goods that have not been around for ages.

Are you talking about the search in the forum or are you using the search at the top of Migipedia? The forum search itself is still quite simple. It simply displays the results that best match your search query. The age of a post is hardly taken into account. However, this is something we are currently working on. In the new forum on Migipedia, we will also optimize the search in several steps.
