Hello, I like to bake bread with yeast from time to time. I would also like to bake sourdough bread. But Migros Langendorf only sells fresh and dried yeast. Couldn't Migros Langendorf also include Alnatura sourdough in its range?

Now I've asked Google. Only Coop and then mail order has sourdough powder. I think I'll give that a try. Until now, our spelt bread was made with yeast, but I don't understand why it's not available in Migros.

Sourdough is very easy to make without such products, all you need is flour, a sealable container and a few days' time. Your trusted search engine will show many recipes.
