Now I've asked Google. Only Coop and then mail order has sourdough powder. I think I'll give that a try. Until now, our spelt bread was made with yeast, but I don't understand why it's not available in Migros.

Sourdough is very easy to make without such products, all you need is flour, a sealable container and a few days' time. Your trusted search engine will show many recipes.
