It was like this for me: there was a big 20x Cumulus stand at the counter and so I grabbed it (I would probably have bought the stuff that way) but then when I looked at home there was no 20x Cumulus. As Migros is relatively far away from me, I couldn't just go back quickly to ask about it and unfortunately I didn't notice it straight away at the till :-(. Well, that means that next time I'll have to keep a closer eye on the staff at the till and check the receipt immediately. I mean, it's not such a big disaster but I was a bit disappointed. ?

Next time you should pay attention to the duration of the Cumulus promotion, which is indicated on the promotion poster. This way you can avoid surprises at the checkout. The poster may have been forgotten when the promotions changed (there are one- and two-week promotions).

The 20x Cumulus points are always awarded for new products (without a receipt), or does this vary from region to region?
@M-Alaska Thanks for your hint, I'm well aware of that as I saw the sign still hanging on one shelf this week, but at the time of my purchase the promotion was still valid ;-) (I always look carefully at what it says, because sometimes something is hanging and is not yet valid)
Thanks Antonia, it's not a cause I wasn't too annoyed ;-) I would have bought/used the products anyway :-)! That day I also had a 2x Cumulus voucher from there...and yesterday another voucher for 20x Cumulus for Alnatura products arrived in the post. So another chance to get 20x Cumulus :-)
