Hello Kaktus57, thank you for opening the thread. Migipedia is an extremely valuable platform for Migros. We receive hundreds of reviews, questions and contributions to discussions every day. User feedback is very important in order to gather opinions about our products. This has already enabled us to adapt and improve a large number of products. The product reviews are sent to Migros product managers and employees in the industrial plants in the form of an e-mail newsletter. Each person only receives the ratings for the products for which he or she is responsible. We currently have around 450 recipients. Has your opinion of a product changed as a result of a recipe change? Is a product no longer in keeping with the spirit of the times? If you rate certain products as unsatisfactory several times in a certain period, this will of course be noticed. The product managers then decide what measures should be taken. Of course, adjustments are not only made on the basis of product ratings. Sales figures and market developments such as trends are also taken into account here. One thing is clear: not every negative rating leads to a product adjustment. The stars that you award serve as an initial guide - for our product managers, but also for other customers. When we take a closer look at products, we also delve into your texts and evaluate their content.
