I think you misunderstood me. I know it's in the range. My point is that on Saturday, 9.40 am, there was no one (left) and I wanted to buy one.
It can't be that everything is sold out at that time. I think people just don't order enough. And that annoys me (as it does with the bread from Sils).

Indios; didn't the store in question offer a tour a few months ago (which you declined)?
If that was you: ask about the delivery schedule. It's not uncommon for different products to be delivered separately at different times. Take the example of a store in my area: fruit and vegetables arrive early in the morning before the store opens; chilled and baked goods shortly after midday.
And on Saturdays there are usually no repeat orders to avoid waste/surplus.
Perhaps baked goods or fresh produce in general simply arrive later - you're usually there in the morning, if I remember correctly.
