My colleagues at the cooperative have informed me that the seaweed salad is in the range. You are welcome to contact customer service and order the salad there if you don't find it next time.

I think you misunderstood me. I know it's in the range. My point is that on Saturday, 9.40 am, there was no one (left) and I wanted to buy one.
It can't be that everything is sold out at that time. I think people just don't order enough. And that annoys me (as it does with the bread from Sils).

Indios; didn't the store in question offer a tour a few months ago (which you declined)?
If that was you: ask about the delivery schedule. It's not uncommon for different products to be delivered separately at different times. Take the example of a store in my area: fruit and vegetables arrive early in the morning before the store opens; chilled and baked goods shortly after midday.
And on Saturdays there are usually no repeat orders to avoid waste/surplus.
Perhaps baked goods or fresh produce in general simply arrive later - you're usually there in the morning, if I remember correctly.
Moreover, the product will not be the top seller...
