I'm always annoyed when Migros offers multi-packs as part of a promotion but doesn't include all varieties of the product. The latest example is Bellherbal Shampoo, which was offered in a multi-pack this week, but not so for the Sensitive variety! I also experience this again and again with toothpaste promotions (Candida) in multi-packs, that it does not apply to all varieties. I can't understand why this is the case and I get annoyed every time anew!

Unfortunately, the space on our shelves is limited, so it is not possible for us to offer the entire product line of a range at a promotional price. For this reason, we limit ourselves to individual items. I am sorry that you have never been able to benefit from Herbal Sensitive or your favorite toothpaste.
