How can you find out what is on offer in Alnatura stores without having to go and look?
Why isn't there a flyer or a double-page spread in the Migros magazine?
I find this super tedious and not very customer-friendly!
It's not just Alnatura products, Alnatura has even more to offer!

Unfortunately, we don't yet have a solution for communicating the promotions in an ideal way. However, we are in discussions with the FMC about placing our promotions on the Migros app in the future. However, this will probably not happen until next year. I'm sorry that we're not ready yet.

I'm a bit surprised though, we were already this far a year ago, exactly the same answer, it really doesn't seem to be in Migros' interest to change anything,

That doesn't surprise me in the least. The Migros cooperatives created the FMC precisely for marketing matters such as these, but of course for Migros matters. However, Alnatura is not really a Migros matter and is not the responsibility of the FMC, but of the Migros Cooperative Zurich, which actually has nothing to do with such matters, as it can report regional Migros campaigns to the FMC or its advertising agency. Designing and printing promotional flyers for Alnatura is probably not a top priority, probably also because the German Alnatura has a say in the matter. And, of course, because they want to keep expanding. The fact that the original second Alnatura branch (in the Regensdorf shopping center) has already had to close is probably still gnawing at those responsible at GMZ.
Quite possibly, with the second branch in Winterthur it's also a bit of an "egg dance" ?
Nevertheless, Cumulus cards etc. are also valid in the stores.

That, in turn, is not surprising because the same Migros checkout system is certainly installed in these Alnatura supermarkets as in the Migros stores. Alnatura products are also offered in individual Migros stores, so the Migros checkout system must be familiar with these products.
