Unfair competition???

I shop almost daily at the small Migros on Toblerplatz in Zurich.
Good friendly staff, a boss I don't see much........ well
now I noticed on Monday that the 500gr. pack of grated Parmesan cheese has an Aktion's sticker on it! BUT still costs Fr. 9.00!!!

Isn't that misleading the customer? or am I wrong?

Another thing that really bothers me is that the offer is constantly being "adjusted". For example, the refill bags of salad seasoning are reduced in size. They force me to buy a jar again and again, even though I need a lot and could easily refill it.
I also can't order a delivery unit of this item, which has disappeared from the Reagal.
Or I can't order size 03 vacuum cleaner bags from the store.
Or coarse-grained mustard..... savory, cumin etc. etc no longer available.

there's a lot I can't understand!
