However, I always have the problem that I can't consume the whole liter within a reasonable time. It would be very good and helpful if this milk were also available in a 0.5 liter pack!

There is one main reason for this: often it is only someone in the family who cannot tolerate normal milk or something else, so 3 people share 1 liter of normal milk and I "intolerant" have to consume a whole liter on my own. For me it would be more logical that there is no 1 liter and rather 0.5 liter packaging.
