The new gluten-free ciabatta rolls are absolutely inedible. are absolutely hard and dry. The same applies to the Silser baguettes. It just crumbles when you cut it. You can only eat it by gagging. The product is a disgrace for all coeliacs. Why can't the Migros bakers manage to develop a decent, gluten-free product? They have better ingredients to use, like I do in a private household. Only my bread rolls are a thousand times better and cheaper. If they are so expensive, then please make them edible. You'd think the rolls were made last year.
