Thank you for your suggestion. I'm sorry that you no longer like the bread roll mix.
All our aha! products are gluten-, lactose- and wheat-free.
Prior to development, we asked our customers concerned which variant they would prefer to have in our range. There was a choice of 3x lye, 3x grains or a mix bag. The mix bag was the most popular choice. Based on the initial sales figures, we can say that the mix is popular.
We tried to cover all wishes with the mix (lye, light and with grains). Of course, we are aware that by changing the product range, we also disappoint customers because they liked the previous product better.
If you want a roll without seeds, I can recommend the following from the fresh bakery range:
- the aha! baguette or
- the aha! Zöpfli as a light version or
- the aha! Bauernbrot: is a dark bread and also grain-free.
