This week I bought more lasagne sheets. Now I've noticed that the packet says to bake the lasagne in the oven for 40 minutes. The old ones said 25 minutes. The lasagne always turned out perfectly for me. Nice and "al dente" and the sauce on top was nicely browned. Are the new lasagne sheets thicker? Does it really need 40 minutes? Does anyone have any experience with this?
