On Wednesday I contacted the Cumulus-Infoline - via telephone 0848 85 0848
to ask whether the voucher 40-fold, all Migros organic breakfast cereals, is also valid for organic oat flakes.

The lady on the Cumulus Infoline then told me that this voucher was only valid for cereals that were specially labeled as breakfast cereals. As if the name "Frühstückscerealie" was a Migros brand.

While shopping today, I noticed that all organic breakfast cereals were on promotion anyway.
I also saw that the name Frühstückscerealie does not exist as a Migros brand and that it is a collective term in this case. I was able to redeem the voucher for the oat flakes after all.

I would ask Migros to train the staff on the Cumulus Infoline telephone better.

They must not be allowed to tell such nonsense. Or even better would be to abolish the Cumulus-Infoline.
