On the back of the aniseed bread dough from Anna's Best, the recipe states:
"Preheat oven and butter baking sheet thinly. [...] Place the dough on the tray and leave to dry at room temperature for a few hours or overnight."
As normal people read a recipe from top to bottom, I can't understand why you encourage the consumer to preheat the oven "for a few hours or overnight". So if you do it step by step instead of reading the full recipe first, you will be annoyed.
Please change this unfortunate wording.
