I am a regular consumer of Actilife All in One Depot and bought a refill today. I noticed that the packaging and the blister packs were a third bigger for the same number of tablets. I don't understand what added value the larger packaging brings. I would like Migros to behave in a more resource-conserving way.

Thank you for your message. I can well understand your concern. It is also important to Migros to use our resources as carefully as possible - we have therefore been working on our packaging again and again recently to adapt it accordingly.
Off the top of my head, I don't know why the Actilife packaging has now become larger. However, I have forwarded your message to those responsible and hope that there is a clear explanation for this.

I'm sorry that you had to wait so long for an answer. In principle, it is also important to Migros to use as little packaging material as possible and necessary. In this particular case, it is unfortunately not possible to make the packaging smaller. The reason: our supplier is dependent on a fixed blister size due to the production plant. This means that the box also has to be larger.
