Hello PrincesseErika, Thank you very much for your message. Our range includes stone-baked breads made without ascorbic acid. In many breads, we add ascorbic acid in very small quantities for technological reasons. However, ascorbic acid is destroyed during the baking process, as it is not heat-resistant.
