Thank you for your suggestion. I haven't come across a cream like this before - is it used in a similar way to liquid balsamic vinegar? Or do you have a special application tip for beginners like me?

I'll pass your idea on to the product managers and hope with you that something like this will soon be on the Migros shelves (so that I can try it out) ;)

It is slightly thicker and creamier, and is also easier to dose thanks to the plastic bottle. I use it in a similar way to the "normal" balsamic vinegar for salads etc., but also for pasta and meat to refine them.

A cream like this has been available in Migros for years.

Crema di Balsamico is available in x flavors such as classic, strawberry, fig, pomegranate, raspberry, coffee, cocoa, cocoa & coffee, cocoa & rum, cherry, orange, pepperonchini, truffle, white truffle, vanilla, lemon and many more, and can be used anywhere depending on your mood.

The fruity ones are suitable for creams, desserts, ice creams, yoghurts, shakes and salads, while the others can also be used to decorate, marinate, season and garnish strawberries, meat, fish and vegetables.

I have 150 ml bottles of Crema di Balsamico alla Fragola, -Classico and -al Peperoncino.
