I miss the aceto balsamico cream that you can find in Spar in Germany, for example, at Migros. It would be nice if such a product for refining various dishes could make it into the range.

Thank you for your suggestion. I haven't come across a cream like this before - is it used in a similar way to liquid balsamic vinegar? Or do you have a special application tip for beginners like me?

It is slightly thicker and creamier, and is also easier to dose thanks to the plastic bottle. I use it in a similar way to the "normal" balsamic vinegar for salads etc., but also for pasta and meat to refine them.

I have 150 ml bottles of Crema di Balsamico alla Fragola, -Classico and -al Peperoncino.
