Cembra Money Bank - Cumulus Master Card department behaves in a very customer-hostile manner. 1 year later I missed a payment deadline (due to travel and customer account/service was blocked). The process of charging reminder fees is very customer-hostile. I did not receive a reminder letter and was simply charged reminder fees for a whole month. (and not for the missed billing days) I noticed the error myself and paid the bill immediately. There is no point in calling customer service. I was simply told: "I should go to another bank if I don't like this behavior from Cembra." Conclusion: the Cembra Cumulus Master Card department is enticing me with this offer for the Migros Cumulus. It simply waits for the first missed bill and immediately collects reminder fees. Nothing in this world is free. Conclusion: a rip-off. I canceled the card immediately and don't recommend it to anyone.
