what i miss are special areas or departments for sick people, for example diabetics or gout sufferers who are mainly looking for low-purine products and don't want to search the whole supermarket for them.

We understand, of course, that it would be practical for customers to find products for allergy sufferers in one place. However, Migros offers products for allergy sufferers in the relevant product range. This means that lactose-free milk can also be found on the milk shelf and not in one place with other lactose-free products. This allows for better comparability and the correct storage conditions can be guaranteed.
On the Migros website you will also find a list of all special products that can be consumed as part of a diabetic diet: http://www.migros.ch/generation-m/de/gesundheit/allergien-intoleranzen-ernaehrungsbeduerfnisse/diabetiker.html
Unfortunately, we do not currently stock any special low-purine products.
