5-fold cumulative with 10-fold?

Hello, today was a 5x cumulus day at Migros Aare.
I went shopping today especially to take advantage of it.
But as I had a 10x and a 2x voucher on my app, I wasn't granted the 5x voucher! Are these vouchers not cumulative? It was a 10x birthday voucher.

I don't know your vouchers, but the 5-fold Cumulus day at Migros Aare is on Friday.

If by 5x coupons you mean the ones you get for purchases of CHF 500 or more (2x for CHF 100), then they cannot be combined with the 2x coupon.

Ah okay. Yes, those are others. I don't know about that. The Migros app doesn't work for me. Migros is too lazy/unwilling to develop the app for my cell phone. But that's another topic.

when will someone from migros itself actually get in touch? i've never seen a contribution so far...

I also saw that it's 5 times on friday, but it's not the same bonus ;-)

Basically, it is possible to cumulate different multiple point coupons, even on a multiple point day such as today (only for Famigros members) or the day after tomorrow (for all Cumulus participants) in the economic area of the Migros Aare Cooperative.

Why do you think that the 5x Famigros Cumulus points were not credited to you? Have you done the math? Or because it's not printed on the receipt? Multiple points days promotions are never listed on the receipt below the products, whereas coupons like the two you mention are. Even with the Cumulus points received, you only ever see the total amount, but never a list of how it is made up.

If this does not help you, it is best to contact the Cumulus hotline via "Contact form" or via cumulus[at]migros.ch . If possible, you should send the receipt as a PDF; this will make it easier for the Infoline to clarify the matter.
