Hello everyone. I received an email today stating that as a Migros Aare cooperative member I will receive a one-off 5x Cumulus points in all Migros Aare supermarkets and VOI Migros partners from 18.2. to 25.2.2020 on presentation of my "exclusive coupon for cooperative members"; the coupon is "attached to this email". Unfortunately, I can't find any attachment to the email at all, but I do find an "Activate now" button that takes me to the Migros login. However, neither there nor in the app is there a 5-fold voucher to activate (which is normal as far as I know, as this is a regional promotion). The whole Cumulus system seems to have reached a level of complexity that simply overwhelms people with limited intellectual abilities like me. I would therefore be extremely grateful if someone among the forum participants here could help me out. Many thanks in advance!

Now the coupon is suddenly there and can be activated, as I have just noticed. This was not the case yesterday. The information 'attached to this mail' is and remains incorrect.

Hello you two, unfortunately there was a technical glitch - sorry. It seems to have been fixed in the meantime. The coupon is now also visible in my app. Let's hope it works right away for the next promotion. New things sometimes just need a little time ;-). Have a great day. Kind regards, Sina
