Missing: The Cumulus promotions are missing from Migros Online
Vermisstenanzeige: Vermisst werden die Cumulus Aktionen auf Migros Online
Ever since Migros had the brilliant idea to really change everything and even brought in the big shots from McKinsey (what could possibly go wrong?), promotions have been drastically scaled back. And this applies to all products, not just the ones Migros now labels as “low-price.”
Cumulus coupons have completely disappeared from Migros Online. Even better: the coupons that are still there are all for in-store use only. That’s a middle finger to Migros Online customers. The Cumulus apartheid system, if you will—the good in-store customers here, the unwelcome online customers there. Why is Migros doing this? On the one hand, Migros doesn’t have online delivery costs under control, and on the other, Migros likely makes a higher margin when people shop in-store rather than in the online shop.
So if anyone has seen the Migros culture, in which Dutti’s spirit and the heart of the cooperative reside: Please turn it in to customer service. Thank you very much.
