So the three Easter Cumulus coupons I received today are absolutely not my favorite products (according to the email, these should be favorite products)! I have never bought any of them!

The exact opposite for me: I already have 3 receipts again for items for which I've already had receipts several times in the last few weeks (bought with the corresponding 20x receipts and bang! the till immediately spits out the next receipt for the same items) and the fridge is still half full with them. That's what happens when Migros removes almost everything I've bought in the past from its range, so there are only a few items left and then the system obviously doesn't know what to give me other than the same stuff :-D But at least the vouchers were in the post on time this time.
The coupons I found in the app today aren't exactly my "favourite products" either - but what can Migros do: I buy so little there now that it's really difficult. One of the three is a 2x points voucher. The other one is 40x points on organic yoghurt - I now have that twice in total, because Migros added it to my app after my last purchase. And another 40x on the entire Aproz range. And I already received this one with the Cumulus shipment at the end of February. I think it's funny. And I have to say: these are vouchers that I can always use. I might only use one of the two yoghurt vouchers as I don't buy yoghurts that often any more - and certainly not the expensive organic ones - but I can't complain and I'm satisfied.

That used to be the case for me before Christmas. But now it's vouchers for products I've never bought. But the mail said that they were my favorite products.............

So nobody is forced to use them? I don't get "my" offers at Rossmann and Lidl Plus either, which I buy a lot of... but I guess at least I get coupons... maybe I can bring some known ones in case they need something... otherwise you wait for other coupons...

It explicitly states that these are my favorite products! But I've never bought them. Let it go.

Lidl Plus also just throws any products into the coupon section of the app without claiming that they are your "favorite products".

That's just marketing. I also don't think it's good to write something about "favorite products" in general. But today's marketers think it's a good thing to pander to customers and suggest that you've put the most frequently purchased products into action individually. And then the random generator chooses the wrong stuff, because you've never bought the stuff that was available to it this week. Maybe it will be better next week. Just don't get angry and don't pay much attention. As I said, it's just marketing...
In the Lidl app, I found it good to choose from time to time, because you are asked, for example, do you prefer crispy chicken nuggets or a fresh fruit juice? And then it generates the bonus according to the answer. But it only happened two or three times. What you @Coacoa don't understand here is not an issue of "you don't have to redeem it" but an apparently strange interpretation of what your favorite products are and what the Easter vouchers should be based on. There is no whining from Indios that he feels disadvantaged, which justifies such an answer, but simply a conversation about the fact that the system is simply wrong for him. You're still allowed to tell them without saying "yes then don't redeem it" which in turn doesn't help anyone😉 For me btw the system is right I have 40% on classic yoghurt which I like to buy father, 40% on sliced meat cheese because I once thought the mississippi meat cheese was so great but unfortunately expensive and that fits well now, and 40% on something else besides the 2x cumulus. I think it's just a bit arbitrary. Just like the product search here😂
I miss the Migros Easter calendar, where there was something in action every day. Coop and Lidl have them.
