Great organization at Migros and Migros Bank, they could have guessed that they would be "overrun" when they finally announce when, how and where after a year. I received the Visa Free credit card from Migros Bank almost three months after applying, and they didn't even bother to ask me to be patient with a short message beforehand. Just sad. As I no longer expected a response, I then applied for the Cumulus credit card and things went quickly there too. What I don't understand now is how I receive the invoice. The brochure says you can pick it up in the One app. But surely it can't be that I have to keep checking there to see if there's an invoice? At Cembra, you are always informed by e-mail. Does anyone here have any experience?

I can answer this question myself right away. While browsing through the One app, I discovered the option to select the type of invoicing: Electronic, paper or eBill. Attention: Paper is the default setting! If you don't notice this, you will probably receive a paper bill with a corresponding fee as a nice surprise - in this day and age. Incidentally, if you want to pay by direct debit, you have to call. Send a corresponding form with your credit card? Not necessary or probably too complicated. I'm almost getting neck pain from shaking my head!

So today I received an addressed advertisement for the Cumulus credit card. I downloaded the app again and at the very end I got a message saying that my application had been rejected because I already had a credit card. This is of course very interesting, as I never received any mail 😂

I've had my card for a long time too! Was simply asked again and again in writing whether I would prefer a partial payment? NO I would like to have the debit on the e-bill account ... haven't seen anything about a bill yet.... PSST...

@crams : Then I would immediately check ebill to make sure there is nothing inside - otherwise you could incur reminder fees.
