The loyalty program has been getting worse and worse lately. Hardly any stamp cards and usable coupons, no 2-fold receipt for online purchases, etc. Dad leads us to shop elsewhere more and more often. Too bad, really 😢

That's the way it is at coop, there are stamp cards throughout the year. Migros used to have them too, but they're cutting back from the board and don't give a damn about their customers. I still remember that M Budget Mobile used to have a Cumulus program with points for unused data that was abolished, then at least there were still points for paid bills, but that was also abolished.
In the near future, collecting points at Melectronics or Sportxx will also be abolished. who knows what else will be abolished in the near future. As far as the points system is concerned, coop is currently much more attractive. Lidl now also has a points system. cumulus could now become like lidl, which will make shopping at Lidl more attractive. I'm a Migros kid myself, but the managers are tempting you more and more not to go shopping at Migros.
simply change provider we are not dependent on Migros they are destroying themselves with the new strategy no matter there are other providers that are better throw away the card there are more coop than migrsofiliaen anyway
