Migros stamp cards, error at the expense of Migros customers

Dear Migros I have a stamp card for Valais mineral water in my Migros app. On August 2, I bought 3 bottles of Valais, but I was only credited with 1 stamp (!). Nowhere under "More information" does it say that you only get one stamp per day. By the way: I recently had a Lattesso stamp card in my app; there you got exactly as many stamps as you bought Lattesso drinks, and nowhere did it say that you only get one stamp per day.
And another piece of information: there are stamp cards that explicitly state that you can collect a maximum of 3 stamps per day, for example. For me, it is therefore clearly a mistake on the part of Migros as far as the Valais stamp card is concerned. I expect the two missing stamps from 2.8. to be credited to me. best regards
