How can it be that my points simply disappear from my online cumulus card? I had about 800 points. Now 0 points. I haven't redeemed anything either. Thanks for the info.

This happens every two months. This is because one billing period ends and a new one begins. In a few days you will be able to see the current points balance again: those points that have reached a high enough level to be paid out (increments of 500) will no longer be visible, as they will be paid out at the beginning of the next billing period. The remaining points will be returned to your account - although of course they were never really gone, you just won't see them during the billing period.
