I moved out of home at the beginning of April and created my own Cumulus number for this reason. I previously had my own Migros account, but it was linked to my father's Cumulus number. That worked perfectly.
But now I have the problem that my father's Cumulus number is still stored in my Delizio account (which should actually be the same as my Migros account). I have been in contact with customer service for 3 months now, 6x by email, 4x by phone. They just can't get it right. They always say: the specialist department has to do it, we'll pass it on. And it doesn't happen! I'm really losing my nerve... I can't delete the Delizio account itself and I don't really want to delete the Cumulus or Migros account, but I can't see any other way out now.
Does anyone else have any ideas?
