Right now, the Cumulus program no longer lives up to its name. There are hardly any coupons, and loyalty cards have been in short supply for quite some time. In my view, its popularity and appeal are clearly on the decline.
As a result, I believe Migros’ market share will continue to shrink. Coop and Lidl are much more active in this regard.
I’ve always liked Migros, but I’ll have to change my habits if this keeps up.
