@Sarah_Migros : Thanks- will refer him to the 0800et number @Nachtspalter: He was a previous Cembra Cumulus customer and successfully changed the 6 digit PW back to his old 4 digit PW at the ATM. I told him that he absolutely had to make the first purchase with a PIN, even if it was less than CHF 80 - according to him, this was not possible, so there was no need to try contactless payment. Online purchases via the Internet are not up for discussion with him.
