For over 4 weeks I have been writing to "customerservice@cumulus.migrosbank.ch" to say that I am not receiving my invoices via eBill. Customer Service never tires of sending me instructions on how to activate eBill in my e-banking. In the meantime, I have reactivated VISECA three times (card account number starting with 1107) and I still do not receive any invoices via eBill. My bank has confirmed that I have set up eBill for VISECA. A different person answers each time from "customerservice@cumulus.migrosbank.ch". It is noticeable that my email is not read through properly and I sometimes receive answers/statements that do not match my request at all. I have also requested that my request be escalated to a manager. This was not done. Posting my request here is my last step, as there is nowhere else to complain about the lack of support.
