As far as I know, the fee is charged for the paper bill, which is absolutely standard nowadays. I download my bills electronically and have never paid any fees. Until recently, I printed out the invoices and filed them, but now I don't do this myself. After logging in or in the app, the invoice can be switched directly to electronic.

I did the same, downloaded it myself and then printed it out... last position on the statement CHF 2.-- fees.

I would check that paper invoices are not set in the account. In this case, downloading is of course still possible. But then the invoice would also have to arrive physically in your letterbox.
Yes, it has actually crept in there. I have now changed the check mark. Thank you
This has not "crept in" but seems to be the default setting in the app. I've just seen this by chance. I think that's pretty cheeky, especially as few people want a paper bill these days (especially if it's not free).
