Why can't these CUMULUS BON's tank filling or Exlibris be activated digitally? It would be much easier if I could activate these vouchers digitally.

This is because these Cumulus partners do not have the same checkout system as the Migros stores and are therefore not connected to the system that can process the digital receipts.

I still hope that it can be changed at some point? Coop fuel discount vouchers can also be activated online. Shouldn't that be possible somehow?

Hello Loxiran Certain collection and redemption partners have a different POS system that does not allow redemption in digital form. Therefore, the partner coupons are not available in the M-APP, but only online in the Cumulus online account for downloading and printing. Since we at Cumulus and our partners want to constantly develop and improve, I will gladly accept your feedback and forward it to the responsible department. However, I cannot provide any information about subsequent measures - thank you for your understanding. Sofia
The fuel discount in particular is the reason why I have not (yet) switched to digital billing. Downloading and printing is far too tedious for me and also requires paper.

That's exactly why I'm sticking with the Cumulus paper statement. Above all, I can only redeem the blue Cumulus vouchers, for example at Obi, on paper for payment.

I can also redeem the digital vouchers directly at Exlibris Online. To do this, I simply have to display the Cumulus voucher number in the app. To do this, simply click on a voucher in the app under the blue vouchers, then click again on Valid until and Cumulus voucher under the activate button. You will then see the redemption conditions and, if you scroll down, the Cumulus voucher number. You could also enter this number at OBI so that they can type it in manually.

@Cumulus-Infoline Does this work? "Perhaps you could also enter this number at OBI so that they can type it in manually."

Hello Loxiran Due to the fact that OBI does not have a POS system that allows digital redemption, digital vouchers are not accepted in the stores or in the online store. The vouchers must therefore be handed in in paper form. best regards Sofia
